Politique d’expédition

Delivery is stated in business days, and orders must be placed before 11PM to be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the dispatch cut-off time will be processed on the following business day. Orders placed after cut off on Friday and through the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

Please note, MAISON DE MONACO is not responsible for any delays caused by couriers. These may happen time to time and can occur in peak volume periods. However, these are the best delivery estimations available and are quite reliable and quick. Further, items purchased on pre-order are subject to varying shipping times.

Taxes are included in the price of the product for multiple countries, no additional taxes are due or calculated at checkout. Some orders may incur additional duties fees which vary from country to country, if the total value of an order surpasses a certain value. These fees are government related and out of MAISON DE MONACO's control. MAISON DE MONACO is not responsible for these fees. If you can't see any taxes at checkout please make sure to confirm with our team prior to purchase should you believe you have taxes or duties to pay. 

In the event where a parcel is not claimed/refused by the receiver, DHL/UPS/FEDEX will attempt re-delivery. If DHL/UPS/FEDEX and/or our team is unable to arrange a re-delivery by their cut-off time, the parcel will be destroyed and abandoned by authorities in the receiver's country. Consequently, there will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused. Alternatively, if our team are able to return your parcel back, any return costs will be the responsibility of the customer and deducted from the refund total.

 

Standard shipping:

Order before 11pm on business days and receive your package the next day within Belgium and the Netherlands. 

Order before 11pm and your package still gets shipped the same day worldwide.

France: 4-5 business days (shipped with DHL or DPD)

Germany: 1-4 business days (Shipped with DHL)
